Shipping & Delivery
At this stage, shipping is within Australia Only. We try and keep our postage prices as low as we can (because we hate paying it too!). Our shipping is based on weight so will always be between $9.95 and $13.95. Please contact us if your item needs to be sent urgently, please contact us direct and we can ensure it gets sent straight away as postage can take between 2 and 5 business days. We also offer a FREE no contact pick up service from Belgrave South.
Returns
If for some reason you are not happy with your Josie&Me goodies, please contact us to arrange for a refund or exchange. You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods and return goods to us within 10 days to be eligible. Please note: there are no refunds, exchanges or credit notes on sale items.
Payment
All transactions on this site are processed using PayPal, a secure online payment gateway, or via direct debit through your financial institution.
Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon order of your Josie&Me product.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.Josie&Me offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch. However, we may be waiting for shipments from our suppliers. Consequently our delivery times are subject to change. Items received into stock may be pre-allocated to satisfy advance payment orders which receive priority.
